easthampstead park hotel

We recently had the pleasure of working on Easthampstead Park Hotel by Active Hospitality and main contact Lauren Roberts - https://eastpark.co.uk/

Involved from start to finish, procuring all bedroom and public area FF&E. We worked closely with the Active team to make their vision a reality, sourcing items through our network of contacts, keeping within budget and the result is a beautiful rebirth for the property, now once more a stunning destination, for conferences, weddings and events.

The 2nd half of the project undoubtedly had its own pandemic related lead time and availability challenges, but we got everything there with some great teamwork, right down to the last light bulb.

Looking forward to the next one!

Alex has been a lifeline to me whilst managing the design and procurement for our large Hotel projects. So far, this has included roll outs of furniture and lighting for 104 bedrooms in 3 different styles, the whole of the Front of House areas, including the Reception, Bar and Restaurants, and bulk orders for banqueting furniture too.

With such complex projects I needed someone that I could rely on to record changes and remind me about future orders, to ensure I get them completed in plenty of time. Knowing that I have him there to support me throughout the whole process from organising invoices, sorting last minute extras to arranging sample finishes, means that I am safe to focus on getting the design elements right.

The supplier contacts he has are extensive and the relationships he holds with them means that we get great service across the board. Working with Alex feels like a partnership where he truly wants the best for your project and I am excited to continue this working relationship going forward for our growing Hotel chain.
